Expo Ticket

A whole-order slip printed for the pass so the expediter can check every item before it goes out.

An expo ticket is a printed summary of the entire order, every station's items on one slip, used at the pass to assemble plates and check nothing is missing before the food leaves the kitchen. Station tickets show one station's share; the expo ticket shows the whole picture. In Opero it is an option in print routing, off by default: print a whole-order checklist when the order fires, a completion slip when every station has bumped its part, or both, on a dedicated expo printer or the kitchen printer. Stations that print nothing are marked on the slip as screen stations, and an item added to an already-fired order does not trigger a new expo ticket.
