Front of house covers everything guests interact with: hosts, servers, bartenders, the dining room, and the reservation and waitlist flow. It's where hospitality and service speed live. Opero's floor plan, reservations, and waitlist tools sit in the FOH layer, while QR and kiosk ordering let guests participate in the order flow directly.
