Corporate & Regional Dashboards
Group your locations into regions and roll sales, orders, and labor up per region — a corporate lens for groups too big for a flat location list.
Group locations into regions and roll sales, orders, and labor up per region on one Opero dashboard — a corporate lens built for multi-unit restaurant groups.
A flat list of locations works fine at three restaurants. At thirty — grouped into districts, markets, or divisions — you need a lens above the individual store. Opero's corporate and regional dashboards let you group locations into regions and roll sales, orders, and labor up per region, on the same platform every location already runs on. There's no separate reporting tool to feed and no export to merge: the regional view is built from the same paid orders and clocked hours each store rings up.
Group your locations into regions
In Manage → Regions you create the regions that match how you actually run the group — 'West' and 'Midwest', 'Airports' and 'Stadiums', or however your districts and divisions are drawn — then assign each location to one. Regions are yours to name and reshape: create them, rename them, delete them, and move a location from one region to another whenever the org chart changes.
- ✓Create regions that mirror your real district, market, or division structure.
- ✓Assign each location to a region, and reassign it whenever ownership shifts.
- ✓Delete a region without touching its locations — they simply return to the Unassigned bucket, and no orders or history are ever removed.
- ✓Every region is scoped to your account and validated on each change, so one group's structure can never bleed into another's.
A by-region roll-up that foots to your locations
Open Reports on the All-locations view and, alongside the by-location table, you get a By region roll-up: net sales, total collected, orders, average ticket, tips, and labor as a percent of sales — one row per region. Locations you haven't grouped yet collect in a single Unassigned row, so nothing goes missing. Because the roll-up is computed from the exact same paid orders and time entries as the by-location table, the region totals add up to the location totals to the cent.
The by-region roll-up isn't a separate report you have to reconcile against the store-level one. It's the same underlying orders and clocked hours, grouped a different way — so region and location totals agree by construction, not by luck.
Scope any report to a single region
The regions you create also become filters. Pick a region from the report's scope picker and the whole report — sales, orders, labor, the works — narrows to that region's active locations, so a district manager's view is one click away. From the By region table you can click straight into a region to drill down, or step back out to the group. It's the corporate-to-region-to-store path multi-unit teams actually walk, without logging into a different system at each level.
Regions in the daily summary email
The same regional lens lands in your inbox. When your account has regions, Opero's daily and weekly summary email adds a By region section — net, collected, orders, and tips per region — right above the by-location breakdown, matching what you'd see in Reports for the same window. Owners and above who'd rather read the group over coffee than open a dashboard get the regional cut delivered automatically.
Move a location, and its numbers move with it
Regions group by a location's current assignment, and that's deliberate. When you move a store from one region to another, both its future and its past sales roll up under the new region the next time you run the report — so after a re-districting your history reflects the org chart you have now, not the one you had last quarter. It keeps the regional view honest without maintaining a second set of historical mappings.
One platform, priced per location
Corporate and regional dashboards are part of Opero's Enterprise tier, and they sit on the same single platform every location already runs — POS, kiosk, QR and table ordering, kitchen display, inventory, payments, and the AI command center. You're not bolting a business-intelligence product onto a stack of disconnected tools; you're grouping data that's already there. And the underlying pricing stays per location, not per device — you add sites and tablets you already own, not a tangle of per-terminal fees, as the group grows.
- ✓The regional roll-up reads live operating data, not a nightly export from five separate systems.
- ✓Add a location and it drops straight into a region and into the roll-up — no new reporting integration.
- ✓Per-location pricing scales cleanly from a handful of stores to a large, multi-region group.
- ✓Access is limited to owner, admin, GM, and manager roles, and the capability is gated to your Enterprise entitlement.
Who corporate & regional dashboards are for
This is the view for operators who've outgrown a single flat location list: multi-unit restaurant groups and franchisors running dozens of stores across districts; hospitality groups splitting concepts by market; and high-volume food programs in stadiums, airports, and on university campuses, where locations group naturally by venue, terminal, or campus. If you manage the group by region, Opero reports by region.
Roll every location up by region on one dashboard.

- What are corporate and regional dashboards in Opero?
- They're the Enterprise capability for grouping your locations into regions — districts, markets, or divisions — and rolling sales, orders, and labor up per region. You get a By region roll-up in Reports, a By region section in the daily summary email, and the ability to scope any report to one region's locations.
- How do I group my locations into regions?
- In Manage → Regions you create regions with whatever names match your structure, then assign each location to one. You can rename or delete regions and reassign locations at any time; deleting a region simply returns its locations to the Unassigned bucket without touching any orders or history.
- Do the regional totals match my by-location numbers?
- Yes, to the cent. The by-region roll-up is computed from the same paid orders and clocked hours as the by-location table — it's the same data grouped a different way — so region totals always add up to location totals. Locations you haven't assigned to a region roll into a single Unassigned row, so nothing is dropped.
- What happens to a location's history when I move it to another region?
- Regions group by each location's current assignment, so both its future and its past sales roll up under the new region the next time you run the report. After a re-districting, the regional view reflects your current org chart rather than an outdated mapping.
- Is this included in my plan?
- Corporate and regional dashboards are part of Opero's Enterprise tier. Access within the account is limited to owner, admin, GM, and manager roles, and accounts that group locations into regions but aren't on Enterprise see an upgrade prompt where the by-region roll-up would appear.
- Does the regional view show up in the daily email?
- Yes. When your account has regions, the daily and weekly summary email includes a By region section — net sales, collected, orders, and tips per region — that matches the By region table in Reports for the same period, so you can read the group's regional cut without opening the dashboard.

Multi-Brand & Franchise Reporting — Every Brand, One Account
Running several concepts or franchise units usually means a login per brand and a spreadsheet to add them back up. Opero keeps every brand on one account and rolls sales and labor up by brand and for the whole group in one view.
Multi-Location Management — Every Restaurant, One Dashboard
Growing from one restaurant to several usually means juggling several systems. Opero runs the whole group on one spine: per-location menus you copy from a master and edit, one dashboard across every site, and a single per-location price.
AI Command Center — Sales, Labor & Inventory Insight Across Locations
When your data is scattered across systems, the group-level picture is always stale. Opero's AI command center reads sales, labor cost, and inventory from the same spine every location runs on — so the view is current and the comparisons are real.
